Hanias Properties is a family owned and operated business. The Hanias Family has been building in the Halifax area since the 70’s. It has always been the family’s goal to provide affordable housing in the HRM and they have succeeded in doing so.
It is also very important to the Hanias Family to have the buildings located in a park like setting for the tenants to enjoy a bit of nature surrounding them. Steve Hanias and his son Tom planted many of the beautiful bushes, trees and flowers that our tenants enjoy.
We have 13 buildings in the sought after community of Clayton Park in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The buildings are centrally located with access to schools, bus routes and shopping, including one of Atlantic Canada’s largest shopping centers, Bayers Lake. Everything you need to live well.
